Loica Care provides scheduled RN visits across Melbourne for participants with complex health needs who require ongoing monitoring, clinical interventions, or nursing support as part of their NDIS plan.
Our Registered Nurses provide scheduled visits to monitor health status, manage clinical conditions, administer medications, and perform nursing procedures such as wound care, catheter management, and continence support. Each visit is documented and communicated to your treating team.
RN visits are particularly valuable for participants transitioning from hospital, those with chronic or complex conditions, and participants whose support workers require clinical oversight or delegation. We can also provide after-hours visits for participants with higher-acuity needs.
We work closely with GPs, specialists, and support coordinators to ensure our visits complement the broader care plan. Our nurses are experienced in identifying early signs of deterioration and escalating appropriately to prevent hospital admissions.
