Loica Care is a Melbourne-based, nursing-led registered NDIS provider supporting participants across Melbourne’s inner north-west and surrounding areas.
Founded by a Registered Nurse with a Master’s in elderly and chronic disease care, over 10 years’ experience in community and aged care, and postgraduate study in wound care, Loica Care delivers clinically informed, person-centred support.
Our services include community nursing, wound care, continence support, health assessments, chronic disease management, medication support, clinical monitoring and health education.
We believe quality care is more than completing a task. It means understanding the person, recognising changes early, managing risks and communicating clearly with participants, families and their wider care team.

At Loica Care, we provide clinically informed community nursing services across NDIS and Aged Care, supporting people with complex health needs, chronic conditions and changing care requirements.

- Complex & General Wound Care
Assessment, treatment, monitoring and ongoing management of wounds, including pressure injuries and complex wounds. - Continence, Catheter & Stoma Care
Continence assessments, management, education, catheter care and stoma support focused on comfort, dignity and independence. - Chronic Disease & Diabetes Management
Nursing assessment, health monitoring, education and ongoing support for diabetes and chronic health conditions. - Medication Management & Administration
Medication support, administration, monitoring and education, where clinically appropriate and within the relevant care plan. - PEG & Enteral Feeding Support
Nursing support for participants requiring PEG feeding and enteral nutrition, including monitoring and education for families and support teams. - Post-Hospital & Post-Operative Care
Support following hospitalisation or surgery, including health monitoring, wound care, medication support and care coordination. - Clinical Assessments & Care Planning
Comprehensive nursing assessments to identify health needs, risks and appropriate supports, with clear clinical documentation and care planning. - Health Monitoring & Infection Prevention
Ongoing clinical observation, infection prevention and early identification of changes that may require further assessment or escalation. - Health Education & Support
Practical education for participants, families and support workers to build confidence in managing health needs and following care plans.
NDIS & Aged Care Nursing Support
We support NDIS participants and older people receiving Aged Care services, providing nursing care that is tailored to individual needs, goals and circumstances.
Our nurses work alongside families, Support Coordinators, allied health professionals, GPs, support workers and other providers to help ensure care is safe, coordinated and responsive.
