  Loica Care is a Moonee Valley-based, nursing-led registered NDIS provider specialising in complex personal care, high intensity daily personal activities, community nursing and daily living support. Founded by a Registered Nurse with a Master’s in elderly and chronic disease care, over 10 years’ experience in community and aged care, and current postgraduate study through a Graduate Certificate in Wound Care, Loica Care delivers clinically informed, person-centred supports guided by risk awareness, care planning, staff training, documentation and clear escalation pathways. The business is further strengthened by an operations-focused business partner with over 10 years’ experience in workforce coordination, staff training support, operational planning, workforce budgeting, market analysis, pricing strategy and service growth. Together, Loica Care combines clinical knowledge with strong operational systems to deliver safe, reliable and responsive supports across Moonee Valley and Melbourne’s inner north-west.
